Everything here happens around one courtyard.
A kitchen that starts at six, a pool that is quiet until four, and a conference room that has hosted more retreats than weddings. Both are welcome.
Restaurant & Bar
Breakfast starts before you wake. Breakfast is taken in the courtyard by most guests regardless of what the dining room is doing, which was not the plan but has been accepted. Dinner is Nigerian and continental, and the fish is worth asking about.
Swimming pool
Twenty metres, unheated, and quiet until about four in the afternoon. Towels are at the desk rather than poolside, which keeps them dry.
Fitness
Small, air-conditioned, and open whenever you are. Cardio and free weights rather than a full rack. Most business guests use it between six and eight, so if you want the room to yourself, come later.
Conference facilities
One room, arranged the way you ask rather than the way it was left. Projector, whiteboard and mains power that does not go off mid-session. Catering comes from our own kitchen.
Events & weddings
The courtyard takes 220 seated and 300 standing, and it is the reason most people find us. Weddings, naming ceremonies, corporate retreats and one funeral reception a month on average. Our team runs the catering; we do not bring anyone in.
Concierge & transfers
Airport pickups from Abuja and Minna, and a standing arrangement with two drivers who know the Minna road in the dark. If you want to see a workshop rather than buy from a stall, ask at the desk; Thursday mornings are usually free.
Events are handled by a person, not a form.
